Refund Policy

Platinum Property Services LLC

Platinum Property Services LLC provides professional landscaping, property preservation, estate cleanup, and real estate preparation services. Because our services are labor-based and performed on-site, refunds are handled differently than product-based businesses.

1. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise stated in writing.
Deposits, if required, will be disclosed prior to scheduling.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted if:

  • Services were not completed as agreed

  • A billing or invoicing error occurred

  • A duplicate payment was issued

  • Service was cancelled before work began

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed services

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference rather than the agreed scope

  • Issues caused by lack of access to the property

  • Weather-related scheduling delays

  • Property condition changes after service completion

4. Quality Guarantee

If the quality does not meet the standard outlined in your estimate, we will:

  • Return for a correction at no charge (within 5 days), or

  • Adjust the invoice at our discretion

Our goal is always a fair and professional resolution.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may incur a fee if preparation or mobilization has already occurred.
