These Terms govern your use of the Platinum Property Services LLC website and all services provided by us. By accessing our website or hiring us for services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services We Provide

  • Landscaping & property maintenance

  • Estate cleanup & debris removal

  • Foreclosure preservation & securement

  • Real estate photo and open house preparation

  • Exterior detailing and property enhancement services

Services may vary depending on property location and condition.

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • Quotes are based on property size, access, condition, and scope

  • Estimates are valid for 14 days

  • Additional service requests will incur additional charges

  • Pricing may change if unforeseen conditions are discovered on site

3. Scheduling & Property Access

Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to the property

  • Secure pets, vehicles, and hazards before service begins

  • Notify us of property risks such as loose soil, unstable structures, or debris

If access is blocked or unsafe, we may need to reschedule with a fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate contact & property information

  • Pay invoices on time

  • Report any issues within 5 days of service

5. Weather, Safety & Rescheduling

Outdoor work is subject to delays based on:

  • Rain

  • Windstorms

  • Snow or ice

  • Hazardous worksite conditions

We reserve the right to reschedule for safety.

6. Liability Limitations

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Hidden hazards such as rocks, roots, or debris

  • Damage caused by weather events, soil movement, or property instability

  • Theft or damage occurring after we leave the site

Our total liability is limited to the cost of services performed.

7. Foreclosure & Preservation Work

Clients acknowledge that:

  • Conditions may be hazardous

  • Debris may conceal sharp or unsafe objects

  • We may refuse or halt service if the site is unsafe

Documentation (photos, reports) is available upon request.

8. Payments

Invoices are due upon completion unless stated otherwise.
Late payments may incur fees after 14 days.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit/debit card

  • Cash

  • Invoice payment links

  • Bank transfer

9. Service Termination

We may decline or terminate service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe

  • Payment is not received

  • A client behaves inappropriately

  • Illegal or unethical requests are made

10. Updates to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
